7月19日 - 酒鬼日记
今日Wortberg教授过生日，叫来酒友若干。其中包括了一名他们圈子里的"葡萄酒专家"。此公职业和葡萄酒无太大关系(不过也有人说金融和葡萄酒关系极密切…)，为一个业余品酒会的干将，每周都和十数人一起，品十几瓶葡萄酒。
虽然不是第一次见到此公，但今天着实见识了一下葡萄酒专家的实力。
因为天气酷热，所以菜谱是沙拉、鱼、甜点三道，酒自然是白葡萄酒及所谓的Weissherbst(即用红酒葡萄轻轧制成的"白葡萄酒")。开胃酒很普通，
但色泽金黄煞是好看。因被顶级的前餐吸引，对于第二瓶基本没有印象，似乎是个一般的Weissherbst(对我来说，这种酒无论如何都很普通)。
正餐上来，好酒也来了。主人给大家分好酒(高人们都不屑提前去看标签，而我只要有可能一定在开口说话之前把标签看了…)，举杯品酒。专家赞了一声:"
很好的Silvaner"，瞬间就报出了葡萄种类。不过这不算什么，毕竟从瓶子形状能看出是德国Pfalz州出的葡萄酒，而这个州主要是这种葡萄。
但令人惊讶的是，主人刚说完这是04年的酒，专家马上点头道:"嗯，是xx酒庄的"。主人点头称是，我石化…要知道在那片产地大小酒庄有数百个之多，而都是同样的葡萄酿出来的酒，竟然还能一下就说出来，就相当了不起了。
后来还喝了一瓶Pfalz的Wolf庄园产的酒，专家马上指出是典型的99年白葡萄酒的味道。听了专家一通教导，也没搞清楚哪个味道是99年的标志，很是惭愧。
最终得到结论——还是要先看标签啊~~
