07.06 玻璃瓶塞
今天在Wortberg教授家喝到一瓶2004年Württemberg产的QbA白葡萄酒，应该是Riesling吧，记不清楚了。注意力全都放在我见过的第一个玻璃瓶塞上了。瓶子瓶口就和普通木塞形状有些差异，有2-3厘米的一段加厚，且直上直下的。打开外面的金属封(有点像螺旋纹的瓶盖)，里面是个可爱的透明瓶塞。不需要复杂的工具，轻轻用大拇指一推瓶塞边缘，小巧的瓶塞就跳了出来。
瓶塞大概有1.5厘米高，直径1厘米的样子，和中学化学实验室用的玻璃瓶塞差不多，只是为了密封性，胶了一圈有机材料充垫圈。喝不完还可以很轻松的盖回去。
成本大概因为复杂的工艺和所要求的瓶口精确度，比传统木塞要贵一些。但好处很明显，一是环保(不用割可怜的树皮了)，二是可以盖回去(如果酒鬼们真能忍住的话)，三是没有藏酒变“木塞味”的危险。
不过，毕竟这个新方法没有通过时间的检验，故而目前肯定只用在了不需过久储藏的酒上(如我们喝的这瓶才2年就已经相当到位了)

Aw, this was a really quality post. In theory I’d like to write like this too - taking time and real effort to make a good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and never seem to get something done. You may also need to explicitly direct questions to people who are quieter than others to encourage them to speak.
